We got the great opportunity to meet with Alexander De Croo , Deputy Prime Minister, and his staff Katrien Van den broeck and Isabelle Peereman to talk about our allthingsblue diversity management tool.
A real honor to get the support and these kind words from one of the male trailblazers in putting gender diversity on the agenda:
allthingsblue sees a business case in diversity. And they are right, when you know that companies are finding it increasingly difficult to fill vacancies and women are under-represented in the workplace. In addition to choices that the government can make, such as better childcare and flexible working hours, it is high time that business leaders took the gender card. allthingsblue wants to help them with a very powerful weapon: data. Measuring is knowing and with the right data analysis, we can really make progress. More diversity will increase the profitability of companies and provide an answer to the shortage on the labor market. I look forward to the results and partnerships that this ambitious start-up will set upAlexander De Croo, Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium
