We’ve architected the foundational parts of the diversity platform and are now poised for radical growth; we’re looking for diverse team members to build the next layer together. We founded allthingsblue because we believe diversity management requires a data-driven decision-making tool. The core allthingsblue team worked up their careers in various data technology multinationals. In these multicultural environments they experienced the need for a tool to drive diversity so they could create better teams, a more rewarding workplace, resulting in products that better fit the audience. And it’s not just about tools. We noticed that many organizations sail blindly as they miss a view on their diversity data. With our data background, we made it our mission to not just build a tool, but to build a scalable data-driven tool, to enable organizations to take the best possible decisions.
